This week's assignment is partly here...I'd like to get out again and get some more pics this week since we just had that nasty Noel here :) I have to tell you. it's KILLING me to not crop, enhance, lighten or "fix" any of my photos! BUT the main reason I took this class was to get better shots straight from the camera instead of relying on Photoshop for fixing them. I also wanted to learn to shoot with manual instead of auto settings and "hoping for this best", know what I mean? So here they are...in their naked glory! LOL
**All of these photos were taken, using a Canon Rebel xti with a Tamron 18-200mm lens, on the manual settings: 1/125, F8.0, ISO100**
I really love the next two of my son's friend Kyndra...not sure which is best though?
This is where all the fishing boats are:

aol.comVery nice pictures Nicole. My name is Amber, I am also taking this class. My favorite is the one of the boats lined up at the docks.
Nice pictures....it sure does look colder than it is here in FL at the moment. I also like the second one of your friend and the boats lined up. The bird seems a tad out of focus.
Good start!
Candy from your class here... it does look colder up there for sure. We were all dying at the soccer games here on Saturday in TX! Great shots! I like the one of the girl off center with the boats in the background.
